Directions to Monate Lodge from Gauteng:
- 2 Hour drive from O.R Tambo International Airport (3 Toll Gates)
- 1½ Hour drive from Pretoria (3 Toll Gates)
- Take the N1 highway to Polokwane (Pietersberg)
- Take the Kranskop Toll Plaza exit to Modimolle (Nylstroom), at the top of the off-ramp turn right to Marble Hall.
- Proceed along this road for 17km until you reach the Sandfontein turn off on your left - this is a gravel road.
- Continue along this road for 4km until you reach an intersection. Turn right towards Boekenhout.
- Proceed for 10.3km until you reach the Monate Lodge gate on your right.
- *Please note that there is a speed limit of 30km/h.
